We offer FREE shipping to the continental U.S. We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii. In a case where the delivery address is in a difficult place to reach we will contact you to get a resolution. 

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping address and billing information.

Customers are responsible for measuring to make sure items will fit.

Can I track my order?

Yes, our suppliers provide us with tracking information as soon as your order ships. On occasion, it might take a few days for the order to be released. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email stating that your order has shipped, along with the tracking details associated with your order.


What happens after placing an order?


After placing your order, you will be receiving a confirmation email. If the item is in stock, the manufacturer will ship the item within 5 business days.


I haven't received a tracking email from you, what do I do?


If you haven't heard from us within 5 business days from placing your order, please email us at or from the contact page.


Can you guarantee shipping times?


No, but we do everything we can to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Shipping times are always estimates and are subject to change due to weather, holidays, etc. Please keep this in mind if you need order there at a certain time.

Defects and Damages

Larger Items

If the item is damaged upon arrival from a furniture delivery company or truck line,

All damages must be documented on the bill of lading, the delivery driver must sign and you are to keep a copy.

Make sure, the returned items are still in their original packaging.

Smaller Items delivered by Fedex UPS or USPS 

Inspect items & report problems to us within 24 hours. We will need photos or video of issue to assist us in evaluating the damage so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible by either sending replacement parts or sending replacement.

  2. Warranty Claims: For warranty service, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. We will coordinate with the manufacturer to resolve your claim.
