Serta Sheep CupcakesThe Serta sheep have always been so cute you could just eat them... and now you can!

Serta Sheep Cupcake Recipe

What you'll need:

- Marshmellow fondant
- 1 bag mini marshmellows
- 1 tube of black writing icing
- 1 stick of butter (softened)
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp water

Directions:

Sheep Head: Sprinkle powdered sugar over the counter and on your hands to avoid sticking. Knead the fondant until well blended. Using your fingers, shape the fondant into a sheep's head (don't forget his cute, little ears). With a toothpick, make a small impression in the fondant for the nose. Use mini marshmellows for the eyes (may need to cut marshmellows if too large). Use black writing icing for dots on eyes. Once done, set it aside. We'll come back to it shortly.

Frosting: Stir softened butter until creamy. Then, gradually stir in powdered sugar until well blended. Finally, stir in water. *Note: your arm will be tired afterwards :)

Finish: Spread a layer of the frosting over already cooled cupcakes, with a heavier spot where the head will be (frosting will work like glue). Place the sheep's head on first. Then, add mini marshmellows all over for wool.

Ta-Daaaaaaa! Serta Sheep Cupcakes!
